When is my order confirmed?
Your items are reserved when you submit the order. Your order becomes confirmed after payment is received and marked paid.
What happens if I don't pay during the reservation window?
The reservation can expire and the items are released back into the available inventory so another customer can order them.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details will be provided with your order information.
Why do some items disappear or show sold out?
The menu is connected directly to our current bake inventory. Once the available quantity is reserved, the website updates accordingly.
